I absolutely loved how I was able to call the hotel and let them know that we had just acquired a puppy two days before our check-in and they were extremely accommodating and putting us not only in a room on the first floor but giving us a late check out time so we were able to see our daughter graduate BOLC at Eisenhower. If we're ever back in the area, this will be our go-to place! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

I booked a hotel with a pool. Advertising needs to clearly state this is a completely INSIDE POOL … in the basement. Pool did not appear clean—very cloudy and did not appear to be running (the pump). Not pleasant at all.

A very generic stay. No bugs, but someone tried to break into our room in the morning and gave us a jump scare. The house keeper didn’t know we were even there so she tried to come in when we were in there, what if I was naked! The pool was murky and the parking was wack. But over all it was a great stay, thankful for the heft within the door to not allow the uninvited intruder, because they were in fact not invited!

Hampton Inn Stay 10/10

I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for 5 days while attending some business in Augusta area. The staff was super friendly, extremely professional, and treated the guest like family. After my few days there i felt like Id known the staff for years. From the front desk receptionists, to the cleaning staff, the cooks, and the maintenance personnel. When return in August going by just to say hello. Thats how inpressed I was with the staff.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I wish is that they had more options in their mini store shop!

Dirty bathroom floor.

The floor was dirty. After walking barefoot in the room, the soles of my feet were black with dirt. How often are those floors mopped? Everything else was great.

The woman who manages the breakfast area is the best asset of this Hampton. She has created a very inviting atmosphere and simply wants to make everyone’s day start well. We had a few “hiccups” in the room (lousy WiFi,etc) but overall would recommend.

The staff did not clean our room or make our bed the first day we stayed. We were only given one towel for two people. The front desk was apologetic and corrected the problem.

Our room was very comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. My only complaint was that in the 3 nights we were there no one ever serviced our room. I did not mind making the bed and removing the trash but after the second day I needed to go to the front desk to get fresh towels as we had no clean ones available in the room.
