Lush lounge with a breathtaking balcony for indulging at the view with a Wine BBQ. King Master Suite with an oversized walk-through robe to private ensuite and separate powder room.
Downstairs 1x Queen, and a 2nd spacious lounge which is perfect for the kids to enjoy some distraction time on 1 of the 2 Smart tvs. Family bathroom Laundry with washer and drier and second WC.

Outdoor fire pit is available with restricted use on fire bans and in strong winds. Wood is not provided and can be purchased in town.
