Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay. The car park was unfinshed, and was full of debris including nails and screws, which felt too risky to park on. The rooms had a strong sewage smell that didn't go away, we assume there is an issue with the plumbing. The reception was often unattended and there was little to no support for queries and concerns. We stayed for 5 nights and despite putting the sign out we didn't receive room service for the period of the stay, we had to chase up clean towels, toilet paper and to have the bins emptied. Would not stay again.

Modern, newly built motel with a clean, contemporary design and very spacious rooms. The location is easy to find, and staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The building presents well from the outside and offers secure access and a large spacious room and ensuite. Some areas are still developing, including the unfinished parking surface, exterior waste area, and a few room and bathroom maintenance details. Noise and light travel easily through the rooms, and the kitchenette supplies are basic. Overall, a comfortable short stay with strong potential as the new facilities continue to be refined.

Booked 2bdrm aptmt, for 4 adults, for 2 nights, got 2 rooms, 2 beds (which were fine) 1x.bathroom, 1x chair, no lounge space, had 2 request 2nd key, no coffee or tea refill or room service, no rubbish bin changes, no dishwashing liquid, no toaster, things u expect, very poor & disappointing
