ONETANGI SEAVIEWS | Be My Guest

Seaviews on Second is a fantastic house a stone's throw from the beach at Onetangi. The large dining and living areas get all day sun and open on to a large sunny deck, ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the beach.

With a designer kitchen, a large dining area and a gas fire, as well as 2 living areas, this is a great house for a family break. The kids can have their own space!

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, along with an ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds, then there is a sofa bed in the lower living room. Across the creek is the sleepout, which has a queen sized bed. Along with the master ensuite there is a family bathroom in the house, note that there is no bathroom in the sleepout.

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, there is plenty of parking - even room for the boat! The sleepout is accessed via a bridge across a stream.

A short walk takes you to the cafes on the beach, as well as the award winning restaurant 372, and a bus stop, which has a good round island service. This is a great base for your break on Waiheke Island.

Great place to stay on Onetangi Beach

My wife and I, accompanied by our adult daughter and a friend, stayed at Seaviews on Second for four nights earlier this month. The house was clean, bright, roomy, and comfortable. We loved the location just one house away from Onetangi beach. The two lounge areas, with their floor-to-ceiling windows and the large deck give the house strong beach-house feel and connection to the surrounding landscape. Communication with Be Our Guest worked well, and check-in was easy. Seaviews on Second was an excellent base for our time on Waiheke.

This has to be the top property for rent on the beach. Great location. Steps from the ocean. Spacious interior and exterior. Great for entertaining and BBQing. This will be our first choice when we come back.

South Pacific Paradise

The house is beautiful. Bright and comfortable. My children and I loved our stay. The location could not be better. Steps to the beach and the local café and restraints. Onetangi beach is spectacular and Waiheke is truly an island paradise. I can only hope that this property is available the next time I visit New Zealand.

Gas heating should’ve been checked. But at least heat pump available. Bathroom shower pressure poor and no heating underfloor on. Ensuite pressure fine.

Loved the property and the location. Would highly recommend

Great experience. Only one drawback. There was a rooster on the deck. It seemed very comfortable in that area. This prevented us from opening the sliding doors as we did not want to risk it coming inside.
