Great place, absent host

The place was fantastic! Communication quite the opposite. Impossible to get a hold og the owner. Communication is supposed to run through a hotels.com chat. Which you don’t have access to prior to the stat. When check-in information is delivered through this, you obviously cannot access the information on where to get the key. We had to book a hotel room until we got through. After this the communication was still poor. The owner neither responded to the multiple calls, texts, or via the chat feature in hotels.com.
Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2023
