Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. My only suggestion was that it was not well stocked with some of the basics that usually come with a rental unit like better coffee options, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Also, having access to cleaning supplies would also be useful to help guests keep the unit clean. Things like a broom and all purpose cleaner.
