I’ve already sent my messages through with my comments and observations. Ironing board in room but no iron. Wardrobe with no clothes hangers. Clothes hangers have been delivered, but there’s no bar for them to hang on. Is no phone to ring reception you have to ring yourself on your own phone and it’s hiding somewhere that I don’t know about. I would expect more from a property like this. No restaurants or or food options after 830. I ended up having to buy a pie from the gas station. I know there’s a kitchen here but that would mean I have to bring all my own things like oil spices ingredients that doesn’t really make sense for someone staying for one night or two. I mentioned that most are not families and more business people on overnight travel. I would recommend having a room Service option of even frozen meals. Very basic but easy and have long shelf life service industry for a long time and am a cook myself. I would be more than happy to provide three different frozen options that could either be cooked here or brought.

Room was in average condition. Black spots of mould in the grout around the bathroom sink. Bathroom tap wobbly. Tiled floors in entrance / kitchen sticky on arrival. For what we paid, and for why we were in town (a sports event, not in the room a whole lot) it was fine but cleanliness and basic maintenance could definitely be improved.

The only down to the property was the WiFi was practically non existent and the toilet seat needed replacing as it was worn and stained. Overall cleanliness was good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again. Great parking and good location to shops etc

Our room was a superior king studio which was well appointed and had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer however was not good at all. The entrance way to the property was often covered in cigarette butts which was not a good look. Apart from the excellent pizza restaurant all the other restaurants were for Chinese people only. There was no facility for European languages which we felt was quite intimidating and not welcoming at all. Overall the accommodation was good and suited our requirements so we would consider staying there again.

Nice professional and helpful staff. It's peaceful and has some local cafes nearby. Modern and comfortable. You would need a car if you are visiting as a tourist.
