This 2 storey Snells Beach holiday home includes open plan living on the upper level, with easy outdoor flow into the spacious deck... This is a fantastic spot to admire the sea views!

On the upper level at this Snells Beach accommodation, bedroom 1 opens onto decking and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds. On the lower level, bedroom 4 is fitted with a double bed.

To complete your holiday set up, there are 2.5 bathrooms on the upper level plus a bathroom on the lower level.

Our stay

It was a good space for our extended family, nice view, handy to the shops and near the beach. The house wasn't very clean, looked like a rush job. And the shower in the ensuite off the queen bedroom had no water flow, we had to use another one.

Not very clean.

Our family group of 4 adults were all disappointed with how grubby this property was. We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night and put all the bedding out into the sun to dry. Location was great, and it’s a lovely big house but really let down by the standard of cleanliness.

This property is in a bad state of repair. The blinds need replacing, there are cracks everywhere, and the handle fell off in my hand while i was in the bathroom. Also very musty/damp smelling, needs a good overhaul. The view and deck however are great and it was a lovely walk to the beach (about 15 minutes)

Enjoyable Easter stay

The property is a little tired in places but the quiet location is hard to beat, we loved the beautiful views over the bay and being a short drive from the wineries. Plenty of room for the whole family.

Large house. Plenty of room. A little tired, which is reflected in the affordable price. Lovely views. Quiet. Conveniently situated. We have enjoyed our girls weekend here.
