Good but not so good

Good central area in Auckland. Good sized apartment for two people. But had some niggles, hairdryer needs replacing as it gets extremely red and cuts out after a few seconds, also kettle leaking. The television as far as I could work out only has one channel, there probably is a way to get more but I couldn’t find it. When I booked the apartment through Hotels.com the specifications stated daily housekeeping and laundry/drying facilities, however, these did not exist. When I queried the housekeeping I was told it would be an extra charge so I did not take it up.There were some other things like the curtains hanging down.
