There is something quietly wonderful about a city apartment that genuinely has room to breathe — and this three-bedroom waterfront apartment in the Viaduct Harbour does exactly that. Spread across two levels with an internal staircase connecting the entrance to the main living floor, the apartment has a house-like quality that makes it feel far removed from the typical compact city stay. The open-plan living and dining area is generously proportioned, comfortably furnished for six, and oriented to make the most of the Sky Tower views that frame the window and remind you, at every glance, that you are right at the beating heart of Auckland.

The electric fireplace is a detail that earns its place — not merely decorative, it transforms the living area on a cool Auckland evening into something genuinely cosy and warm. Combined with the Sky digital TV with sports and general channels, the ultra-fast broadband WiFi, and a dining table that seats six, this is an apartment that works just as well for a relaxed evening in as it does as a base for a full day exploring the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with everything you need to cook a proper meal if the mood takes you — though with the Viaduct`s world-class restaurant scene literally on the doorstep, that is always a pleasantly competitive choice. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Keys can be collected from the Quinovic Viaduct office at 10 Hobson Street on the ground floor — a short walk from the apartment. A private airport transfer and meet-and-greet service can be arranged at additional cost — your driver will collect the keys in advance, meet you at the airport, and take you directly to the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance

Step outside and within minutes you are choosing between some of the city`s finest restaurants, bars, and waterfront cafés. Baduzzi for handmade pasta and Italian small plates, Hello Beasty for Asian-inspired sharing, Giraffe for waterfront dining with harbour views, and a rotating selection of excellent bars and wine rooms that make the Viaduct one of Auckland`s most consistently enjoyable places to spend an evening.

Commercial Bay — Auckland`s flagship waterfront retail and dining complex — is a short walk, as is Britomart`s celebrated cobblestoned laneway precinct with its boutique designer stores, specialty coffee shops, and acclaimed restaurants. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby with daily services to Waiheke Island, Devonport, and the Hauraki Gulf. Wynyard Quarter and the North Wharf dining precinct are an easy waterfront stroll, and the CBD`s Queen Street, Sky Tower, and Aotea Centre are all within comfortable walking distance.

Auckland is easily explored from the Viaduct Harbour. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses connect the central suburbs with frequent services throughout the day. Britomart Transport Centre is a 10-minute walk with full train network connections across the city. The Auckland Ferry Terminal is nearby for Waiheke Island, Devonport, and Hauraki Gulf services. Uber and taxis are plentiful throughout the waterfront precinct at all hours. Please note there is no dedicated car park with this apartment — paid public parking is available in the Viaduct and CBD nearby. The location is so well connected that most guests find a car entirely unnecessary. Auckland Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or shuttle.
