The separate bedroom offers a comfortable bed and dedicated workspace. The sunlit living area includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space when needed.



Prepare your favorites in the full kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and ample cabinet space. A dining table offers a convenient place to enjoy meals together.



The bathroom includes a tub and shower, along with a convenient in-unit washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, workspace, and washer and dryer. The building entrance and exterior access areas are shared with neighboring units.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy a relaxed coastal neighborhood with the beach only a short walk away. Local restaurants, neighborhood shops, and everyday essentials are also nearby, giving you the convenience of a walkable beach stay without being far from what you need.

The beach is approximately a three-minute walk from the apartment, while nearby dining, shops, and neighborhood essentials can also be reached on foot. A car or rideshare is helpful for exploring destinations beyond the immediate area.

• Please note this is a residential building. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level.

• Access to the apartment requires climbing an exterior flight of stairs.
