What a great place and host!
This place was perfect for our small family. Great location to everything and it has a super easy parking space in a safe lot right around the corner. Check in instructions were clear and the host is super responsive.
The boardwalk, beach and restaurants are all a quick 5 minute walk away. Condo has everything that you’ll need and then some!
I’d definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day Stay
Pros - Great location. Just far enough off the boardwalk to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk down anytime. Newly renovated. Washer/dryer. Nice outdoor deck sitting area.
Cons - 3rd floor apartment so 2 flights of fairly narrow steps. Street parking but does have offsite parking a few blocks away. Coffee table subs for dinner table.

The property was great and in a perfect location for our family. It was a little tight with three kids but we made it work. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. Loved the balcony!

We came in for a friends wedding which was down the road in strathmere. The location is right by the boardwalk, the owner was very communicative and accommodating! I found Ubers were fairly easy to get as well, I would absolutely stay here again!!

We truly enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. The owner was very quick to reply to an questions and seemed genuinely excited to have us as guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at OC. The condo is in the perfect location and can walk to boardwalk stores and restaurants. Christa was a wonderful host and quickly responded to our questions. The condo had everything we needed and more! I especially liked the balcony and sitting out in the mornings and night looking at the amazing views from the 3rd floor!
