This was our 4th summer in this property. We love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo, proximity to the pool and beach access, and the feeling of security inside this gated community. This place has everything you could want in a home away from home for a vacay. You can see and hear the ocean from so many rooms and the terrace. Bed was comfy, place was clean and comfortable. The owners were very attentive and wonderful to work with; we will definitely be going back!

Our stay at Indian Beach Summer Winds was great! Highly recommend this unit. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom, deck, and living room.The pool and the ocean are very close together, making it very easy to go back and forth. The condo is very nice with a fully functioning kitchen. North Carolina was new to us, but it will now be a good friend because the whole Emerald Isle area is beautiful. We will choose to stay here again! Highly recommend!

So many extras were provided. Since we were there during Tropical Storm Debbie having a stocked game closet was wonderful! Having beach towels available was also very nice. The complex arcade/snack bar was great to have for the long rainy periods!

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our rental. We traveled with 28 family members and rented six different condos at Summer Winds. Our condo was very clean, modern and came with many amenities - games, linens and even beach towels! It was perfect for our family of six - two adults and four kids. Our Third Visit!

This was our family’s third visit to this property! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There were all new appliances on this visit. Girls Trip

This was the perfect beach condo for a girls trip. It was so nice to have an elevator for my grandma. The view was also amazing. When she didn’t want to spend the whole day outside she was able to enjoy the covered deck or large front window and still have viewing access of us on the beach or at the pool. Everyone we met on the property was so friendly. And the condo was better than described. We are already planning our trip for next year.

A lovely family getaway

This little condo was just what our family needed on summer vacation. The condo itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Lynn was very responsive any time I reached out.
