This beautiful 4200 sq. ft.. 7 bedroom and 4 full baths in a lodge setting with wrap around porch, with 3 acres is sure to appeal to all. Perfect for groups, or multi- families to stay comfortably. Add on side by side rental during your stay
Offering a complete adult game room with spacious sitting area, wet bar, pool table, electronic professional dart board, poker table, 60 LCD TV with dish network and a surround sound with Bluetooth connectivity. Kids game room in basement with air hockey table, card table, tv for gaming councils, and a pacman multi game. Fully stocked kitchen, (not food) dining room, game room, living room, all located on main floor, with the 4 bedrooms located on 2nd floor, and 3 bedrooms located in the finished basement with emergency escape lights, along with a large capacity washer and dryer located in basement. Propane and charcoal kettle grill available for use with utensils on the back deck. Tiki bar with outdoor lighting with bonfire area.

For bigger groups we have 4 smaller cabins adjoining the property are available for separate bookings (cabins at northern comfort #1#2#3#4)

The property itself is beautiful and spacious. We had 14 people (including a 1yr old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old) stay and a few more family members visit during the day and it had enough space for all of us. A few suggestions tho: 1. please clean the bat poop in the gazebo 2. please provide dish rags for cleaning the kitchen (there were some fluffy towels there that wasn't quite right for cleaning) 3. please add a handrail on the stairs 4. the sofa in the family room has a rip and can get worse if not fixed 5. my electrician brother-in-law said you should get the ceiling fan in the family room checked 6. the shower in the primary room's ensuite goes from very warm to crazy hot, the coolest was way too hot, please look into it. That would be it so far. The owner is very easy going and easy to deal with. I LOVED our stay here, this was our baby's first vacation and it was lovely. Me and family members kept talking about if we win the lottery and wants to be away from people we would buy out that house. It was that nice. So many bedrooms and they were really nice. Note: the 3 bedrooms in the basement did not have AC, it was really cool down there though so it was not needed. It was late August and it was nice and cool during the day so we dont know how it would be during really hot days. Thank you!

Great property! As described in listing. Provisions were even on hand which was very helpful, thank you! My grandkids enjoyed the loft spaces and back yard. We all enjoyed the game rooms. We had some family challenges all week long! We visited a nearby lavender farm and Clear Lake. Also quick responses to our questions or needs. Thank you for our wonderful family vacation!

Perfect Large Family Get Away!

This property was everything we could have imagined for our 13 adults/kids and 3 dogs! Host was quick to get back and property was perfect. We arrived to find a Christmas tree all decorated to start off our family Christmas weekend! Planning on staying here again as the accommodations were perfect for all the adults to have their own room and the cousins(kids) to bunk together for some quality time!!!

This property was a great location for our group of friends to get together. The house feels isolated even though it is not far from the highway. Plenty of parking space, a very well stocked kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and comfortable rooms.

Tons of space for a large family. We had 13 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant and we never felt cramped in this house. Large game room was a major plus! We will definitely be ataying here again.

Great Stay

The entire family stayed to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas all together! There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, along with plenty of activities for the kids. The kitchen was stocked, but definitely could use better frying pans and bakeware of some sort. We had to make a quick run for aluminum pans to use in the oven. We also were unable to locate any dish cloths and there was only one dish towel. All in all…it was a great time spent with family.

Perfect getaway

Perfect place for our family to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We had five families (12) people and the little town was great right up the road we rented the side-by-side and it was so much fun. We saw a bear while riding and there’s so many trails so close to the property.. I loved the game rooms for the kids and the teenagers. It gave them an opportunity to have fun without bothering the adults and it allowed the adults to have game time to and not be crowded with the kids. The rooms were perfectly and also had great amenities I liked the lofts that was fitting for the kids and, so much natural in the upstairs it was nice to wake up to . They had all the little things that you forget lotion, toothbrush, and the kitchen was well stocked with needed pots and pans and plates and cups, etc.. The property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful beautiful house beautiful land we will be staying again one day

The house was spacious with plenty of room for all. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Very rustic decor with many interesting pieces. Beds were ok. Could use some new sheets. Lighting throughout could be better - brighter lightbulbs would help! Encountered a bat in the upstairs loft bedroom in the middle of the night. Owner sent someone the next day to look for it but it must have found a way out because they couldn’t find it! Dumpster was overflowing with flies everywhere but I guess it was due to be picked up the next day. Despite these issues, we had a great time.You make the most of any given situation and enjoy the ones you are with!

Great home in a peaceful setting

Beautiful home with lots of room and plenty of bathroom space for a large party. Peaceful setting. Conveniently located close to the ORV trails so perfect for the trail riding enthusiast. It's even pet friendly. Just a heads up, this is not a handicap accessible home. Several flights of stairs throughout the house and outside. There is not a bedroom on the main floor for those who cannot do stairs. Overall, it was a great little getaway for our family.

Great for a large group

This was a wonderful house for our large group of 16. The game room was a favorite. The pool table, game table and darts provided hours of competitive entertainment. The location and proximenty of the property made accessing atv trails easy. The porch was fabulous and we enjoyed the firepit as well.
