Front desk staff was very nice. That's the only reason it gets a 2/5 instead of 1/5. Other than that, no positive feedback. Paint peeled from walls, broken fixtures and furniture, sticky handprints on most surfaces. The lock for our room was missing half the screws and hanging off the door. The maintenance man "fixed" it by bending the remaining stripped screws down to make it slightly less floppy. Still had to pile stuff in front of the door for 2 nights to prevent our child from escaping.

Staff were super friendly at the play areas. The hotel room we stayed in had comfortablly slept 2 adults and 3 kids . The breakfast was very good. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work .

Proximity to Triple Play activities was excellent. Included breakfast was decent. The rooms can be a little bit noisy, but we didn't spend a ton of time in our room, so for us, it was okay. Close to several very good restaurants.

I did not realize that the poop (or waterpark) was an extra fee. It was a great facility but didn't plan for or expect the extra charges. I would have paid for the waterpark because it was worth it but jusr didn't read details. I would stay here again and plan a little better.

Our room was absolutely filthy. There was mildew, dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The shampoo dispensers in the shower were broken. There was either a blood or poop smear on the bathroom wall. Our room wasn’t provided with adequate towels and bedding for the number of guests staying in the room. The food was mediocre. $215 per night and the waterpark was not even included. Never again.

Kids had fun but room wasn’t much.

Amenities for kids was great but room was basic. The walls were thin (lots of noise) and the door didn’t seal all the way so you could see light around perimeter. Took away from feeling safe.

Ok hotel but we expected it

Overall we had a great time. The hotel was definitely older whoch we new coming in so we disnt have big expectations. There where a few stains on wall but other then that was a typically old but clean hotel. What we disnt like was being in a room right next to the elevator/vending machine and ice machine. Made it hard to sleep. Continues dinging of elevator, people taking, ice hoting buckets so on. If u get a room by the elevator change rooms. We did love having access to triple play. Was so fun, kids spent all day thier. So many acrivities, decenr food and prices. Also hotel needs to change up the breakfast. Was same items all 3 days we where thier.
