Room was clean and comfortable. However, chain that connects toilet handle to tank was broken and I physically had to take the lid of the tank off, pull up the plug, and flush it like that. Also there was no breakfast. No one was there to prepare it.

Don’t do it!
For starters the guy working the counter was sitting behind desk with his pants unbutton and unzipped. Not sure why but it’s unprofessional. 2nd the floor in the room was very sticky. Made a lot of noise when walking around. Last but not least, the room has drainage problems. The toilet and the shower didn’t drain properly. Very disappointed and will never stay there again

No pool
This was advertised to have an indoor pool. The pool wasn’t opened!? What’s the point of an indoor pool if closed for a season? This was the only reason we got this hotel. Unfortunate

The pictures had to have been staged for this place. The secound I walked in the non smoking room it smelled of old smoker’s house. There were stains on the walls, doors, bathtub, sheets. You can tell the maids do not pay attention to detail when cleaning these rooms. One switch was all the way in the corner and looked like a crackhead installed it. To top it all off I had the pleasure of making a little roach friend that crawled behind the refrigerator (which was dented up). For almost $300 after fees, it would have better to just sleep in the car. I woke up stuffy and unable to breath from the smell and condition of the room. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
