It was very basic. The floor they placed us in had a bunch of people in rooms who were partying until late at night and it was quite noisy. For breakfast, we arrived about 45 mins before service ends, they were already putting things away but the waiters treated us well. This place was very busy.

I didn't actually stay at Casa Leonori because they upgraded me to a room at Hotel Cenacolo, their `sister' hotel that is adjacent. (This was an upgrade from 3 to 4 stars.) I didn't see the rooms at Casa Leonori but the room at Hotel Cenacolo was nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

O Hotel esta em boas condições com conforto e muito bom café da manhã. A unica coisa que falhou no Frigobar que não estava gelando, reclamamos e não foi arrumado. Eu mesmo tive que tira-lo do armário e estava muita sujeira encrustada. Fiz a limpeza e voltou a funcionar. O mesmo no climatizador. Apenas prestar atenção nestas manutenções. Voltarei com certeza e indico o Hotel.

Bel hôtel par contre les chambres sont moins bien, sans déco ni meuble juste un bureau. La salle de bain est petite, aucune place pour poser les affaires de toilette et la douche n’a même pas de douchette juste un plafonnier donc pas pratique du tout. Reservé un hotel y nos dieron otro

Fue terrible, hice la reservación de 4 habitaciones desde el 6 de abril 2023 y el hospedaje era el 26 mayo, cuando llegamos sobrevendieron las habitaciones y nos dejaron sin habitaciones, a las 11pm nos dijeron que si queremos dormir en el lobby o nos mandan a otro hotel el cuál era de menor calidad y a 500 metros dónde nos mandaron a pie con maletas y con adultos mayores, no hubo traslado,no nos quedaron más opción que irnos. En el otro hotel no había aire acondicionado, no habían toallas, un perro ladraba en la habitación contigua y no nos dieron la habitación para discapacitados para los adultos mayores que andaban con nosotros, simplemente al final el hotel dijo que no recompensaba NADA, fue una noche horrible. En resumen, hubo un incumplimiento por parte de Casa Leonori y Hoteles.com por no mantener la reservación de las condiciones originales y por Hoteles por no darle un seguimiento adecuado al caso en cuestión por aceptar no reembolso y además hoteles.com ofreció un bono por las 4 habitaciones que no llega ni al costo de una habitación, lo cuál es ridículo.
