Cabin was lovely! The outdoor area is great, hot tub, covered seating, firepit, etc. Kirchen is well stocked. The beds are quite firm so if thats how you like it, you will be pleased.

Amazing stay! Beautiful home. Very convenient to the park. Loved the outdoor amenities - hot tub, grill, dining. Our family of 6 were all amazed. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

Papa’s place was fantastic. The location is serene. The interior and exterior amenities were lovely and very thoughtfully supplied.

We had a very pleasant stay at Papa’s place. The cabin is incredibly well appointed with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor space were a treat and the property as a whole was quiet. Short distance and straight shot to the park entrance made it super convenient!

We loved our stay at Papa's Place! The hosts were very accommodating and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect, and didn't leave us wanting or needing a single thing more. It felt as comfortable as home and we didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! The hot tub space was just the relaxation we needed after a long day of traveling. We used the well-appointed covered outdoor area with grill and fire pit one day to make breakfast and enjoy the morning outside. We also especially enjoyed the game table upstairs!Thank you for hosting us! We will recommend your place to others and/or be back if we ever get the chance!

Wonderful Retreat for our Family!!

We loved our stay at Papa’s Place. From the check-in process to making meals to getting ready for the day, everything went smoothly and we felt like home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable and impeccably clean. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Then location to Mount Rainier was ideal as well!

The house was very cozy and clean and also very accommodating. The host was amazing! We ran into some issues at a previous vacation rental and this house host was super helpful in helping us when we needed a new place to go… this helped make our transition smooth and comfortable! The house was perfect and when they add on the additional space we will definitely be utilizing it for future bigger family trips. Love the location, and the craftsmen of the home.

Great house for a Mt Rainier getaway

We enjoyed our time at Papa’s Place! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kids loved the game table, board games, and books in the loft space. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. It is very close to the Nisqually entrance to the National Park. Peaceful area with beautiful scenery!

4 Day Family Mt Rainier trip!

Cabin was beautiful, very well thought out and designed. Was perfect for our family of 6- kids didn’t want to leave! Michelle was great- even ran out to replace the coffee maker that stopped working!

Everything about this house was nice, clean, and well laid out. The inside of the house is great. The BBQ area is fantastic. The Hot Tub was clean and impressive. We had a great time and highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway in the mountains!

The cabin was beautiful - cozy, yet spacious—complete with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect rustic charm for a mountain getaway. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by trees and wild life was a favorite. Michelle was a wonderful host with great communication. Already planning our next weekend away in the mountains!

A for Papa’s Place! It has a modern but rustic feel. Very clean and cozy. Perfect location for visiting Mount Rainier. The hot tub is covered, which is nice since it was rainy. The beds were very firm, but actually super comfortable and everybody slept great. Instructions were clear. I loved the fireplace and extra cozy blankets. My only regret was that we only stayed one night! If we make it back to the area, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to stay when visiting Mount Rainier!

Papa's Place was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and there were plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, sitting areas, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor barbecue and fire pit and ate outside which was comfortable and convenient. The hot tub was nice and warm and perfect for relaxing. We had a group of 8 people so we utilized the sofa pull out which was a nice option to have. Michelle was also very responsive to our questions and inquires.
