Loved the room and setting, but the mattress was quite hard and was not aware I would be on the third floor after climbing several flights of garden stairs. My suitcase was quite large, I was offered help so it was no problem. It just would have been nice to know!

We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and the lovely woman on reception waited for us to arrive. Breakfast was fantastic!

The personel makes it a good stay!
