The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 10 m). Parking on the property. Access from the yard.

Relaxing countryside stay in Tuscany

Property manager “Il Casolare” Cristina was very easy to reach and accommodating. You definitely need a car as the unit is in a remote setting outside Asciano city proper. Rustic setting, beautiful property but not luxurious. Accommodations are minimal but typical . We did have some flooding due to heavy rains. Also they charge for bed linens and bath towels extra which is odd coming from the USA. Bathroom upstairs needs an enclosure (shower curtains at a minimum).
