Placed within 1 hectare of land, this holiday home is 2 km away from the main beaches of Cannigione, with an incredible sea view. Even sitting on the couch in the living room you can see all the sea, facing the island of La Maddalena.

The villa is completely exclusive to guests, the pool is private and only for you.
The villa is as follows:

UPPER FLOOR: 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, large living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen, direct access to the patio in front of the pool.

LOWER FLOOR: 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed, living room (which can be another bedroom, having a double sofa bed), kitchen, sundeck veranda.

OUTSIDE: very large barbecue area with even the wood oven for pizzas, the area in front of the swimming pool of about 300 square meters.

Fantastic week in Cannigione

Our extended family of nine spent a week in Chiara's spacious and well equipped Villa - the pictures really don't do it justice! The Villa is very private, but only a 5 minute drive from Cannigione with it's facilities and restaurants as well as a similar distance from beautiful nearby beaches. Chiara was extremely responsive and helpful throughout and also arranged for a day trip on her boat out to the Maddalena Islands. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our week - thanks to the awesome Ricardo who looked after us!

Very Relaxing Holiday

We stayed at the villa for 10 days and did't wanna leave. We were 10 people between 7-70 years old and everybody was happy. The house has great layout. You could find a peaceful place or sit all together enjoying the stunning view which is really breathtaking. The kids spend most of the time in the pool while we were enjoying sunbathing around the pool. The house was lovely and clean and kitchen well equipped. Chiara and her husband were also great, responded quickly to all our needs. The location of the house is perfect, 2 minutes drive to Cannigione where you can find everything you need, shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Also nice beaches can be reached in 5 min drive. We went for a boat trip organised by Chiara and that was great fun. We visited most beautiful beaches at Sardinia and nearby islands. All in all it was a great holiday and we are already planning to go again next year.

A wonderful retreat

The villa is in a stunning location, secluded and with wonderful sea views but also not far from either Cannigione or Arzachena. The pool area is simply beautiful and we enjoyed many evenings at the bbq area looking out at the amazing view. Chiara was a wonderful host and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. It is paradise.

Lovely family holiday

Idyllic setting on hill above Cannigione with a sea view. Very spacious property with outdoor areas for swimming playing and cooking and eating. Chiapas was very friendly and helpful when we needed to see a local doctor.

Wunderbare Aussicht + schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 8 Mädels Ende Oktober für eine Woche in Sardinien & haben in Chiaras Unterkunft gewohnt. Die Wohnungen waren sauber, gepflegt & der Empfang sowie Check in sehr liebenswert und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Beautiful Place with an amazing view.

The villa is really beautiful, everything is available. The pool is refreshing and contains a current option for swimmers. The view over the see towards Madalena Islands is amazing. We had areally good time in October. Our recommendation is to rent a boat in Cannigione (just 5 minutes by car) and to have a perfect day around madalena islands.

Traumhafte Lage und ganz viel Charme

Wunderschönes, traumhaft und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Charme in den Hügeln oberhalb von Cannigione mit einmaligem Meerblick vom ansprechend angelegten Poolbereich aus. Das Haupthaus bietet mit seinem Wohn- und Essbereich den Dreh- und Angelpunkt für mehrere Familien oder Freundesgruppen, die sich auf drei unabhängig voneinander nutzbare Wohneinheiten verteilen können. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mehrere Terrassen und Außenbereiche machen einem die Auswahl schwer, der Hauptbereich ist überdacht und so groß, dass alle Platz finden. Die Kommunikation, Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Vermieter Chiara und Luigi war optimal.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage

Toller Empfang von Chiara und beste Betreuung von ihr und ihrem Mann. Wir und unser Hund haben dort 3 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Nur fanden wir die Matratzen zu weich und die Couch im Wohnzimmer war sehr unbequem zum Sitzen. Sonst war alles bestens.

Villa mit Pool und grandioser Aussicht auf die Insel Maddalena! Die Villa ist perfekt für ein bis zwei Familien und stellt einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen dar, wie zum Beispiel die private Bootstour mit Ehemann Luigi zu den Inseln Spargie und Budelli. Die Vermieter Chiara und Luigi sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und geben wertvolle Tipps. Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Danke Chiara, danke Luigi.

Die Villa, der Vermieter und die Lage sind super. Sehr schöner Pool, grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer, eingezäunter grosser gepflegter Garten, ideal für Reisende mit Hund. questa villa è bellissima, panorama incredibile sull'arcipelago della maddalena, molto ben arredata, cucina funzionante e ben attrezzata, molto fresca perchè sempre ventilata. ottimo spazio esterno adatto ai bambini, la piscina ha una parte bassa dove posso stare i bambini piccoli e una più alta per gli adulti con il getto per nuotare contro corrente. negozi e supermercati sono vicini (5 minuti in macchina). cannigione è un villaggio molto vivace e alla sera c'è un bel mercatino. altamente consigliato!!!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick und großem Grundstück

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer und stellt einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen dar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt wertvolle Tipps am Anfang. Das Poolwasser ist für Kinder grenzwertig warm, war aber auch schon Oktober. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit toller Außenanlage

Eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war gut organisiert und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre nützlich. Im Haus befindet sich keine Grundausstattung wie zb Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier etc. Dies Bedeutet, dass man zu Beginn alles einkaufen muss, egal wie lange der Aufenthalt ist. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt auf einer tollen Insel. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Een fantastisch weekje Sardinie

We hebben met 6 volwassenen en een kind van 3 een weekje in dit mooie huis gelogeerd. We konden het huis wat moeilijk vinden in het donker maar de eigenaar heeft ons prima binnen geloodst. Het huis is prima met veel ruimte en privacy en het houdt de warmte goed buiten. De patio met BBQ is heerlijk en het zwembad verfrissend en goed onderhouden. Het terrein is groter dan de foto's doen vermoeden maar het bijzondere aan de locatie is het prachtige uitzicht op zee. Dat zorgt elke dag voor een heerlijke start. De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant maar dat wende snel. De strandjes in de omgeving zijn heerlijk en in Cannigione kun je prima terecht voor de boodschappen, een terrasje, heerlijke pizza's en verse visgerechten. Een weekj is eigenlijk veel te kort.
