The Space:

Our stunning Queenstown retreat is the perfect haven for families or couples, featuring two large and comfortable bedrooms with built-in closets. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas create a seamless flow, ideal for relaxation and socializing. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, smoothie blender, and toaster, making mealtime a breeze. Bask in the stunning views of the mountains and Shotover River as the sun rises and sets, casting a kaleidoscope of colors across the landscape. Take a leisurely walk along the river or stroll along the ridge overlooking the mountains and river, offering breathtaking vistas.



Queenstown, with its world-famous attractions, shops, and restaurants, is just a 6 km drive away. Enjoy the sunny weather year-round in our private and peaceful retreat, which backs onto a natural forest. Unwind on the outdoor sofa while sipping a glass of local New Zealand wine from the nearby winery. We welcome guests from all over the world to stay in our home and kindly request that they respect its condition. We provide an exceptionally clean home with high-quality 5-Star hotel-grade linen, towels, and pillows for all beds.



For a comfortable stay, we offer ironing board and iron, hair dryer, washing machine and clothes dryer, and a large internet-connected 55-inch TV. We also provide board games for those looking to relax indoors. However, please note that pets, smoking indoors, and parties are not permitted. Our retreat accommodates up to four guests, with at least one guest required to be over the age of 25. A maximum of four guests is allowed to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay.



For larger groups, we recommend renting the adjacent four-bedroom house (subject to availability), which offers additional space and privacy. The two properties have separate entrances and private outdoor areas, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Both properties have car parking space for two cars and abundance of free off-street car parking. Our retreat is suitable for children and offers a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole apartment (not including the 4 bedroom house next door, unless you book that space too).

The house and the apartment are very private from each other and the other guests will not disturb you during your stay. There is a separate entrance to the house on the left side of the garage. The entrance to this apartment is down the right side of the garage, so nowhere near your front entrance. They have their own private outdoor area too.

They will share the outdoor driveway to park their car.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet, peaceful and private neighbourhood with amazing views over the Shotover River and the surrounding mountains.

There are many hiking trails all within walking distance of our house... along with many local attractions and activities, including the Onsen hot pools and massage centre, bowling alley, cafes, pub, and Coronet Peak Ski Field, all within less than 3 kms from our house.
