A nice and quiet country house located in a private and quiet rural area only 2 kilometres from the town of Arta with all the services you need at hand.
Bright and spacious, it has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite). Thereâs a fully equipped kitchen and a big dining/living room area open to the garden. An outdoor area with sunbeds and a private swimming pool and nice views of the countryside. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a nice and comfortable holiday. All the spaces are on the first floor, open and bright, and all of them have direct access to the terrace/garden. Nice porch with a barbecue to enjoy dinner on the summer nights.
There are sunbeds next to the private pool with nice views of the countryside.
