Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem Strandbungalow

Wir waren mit mehreren Generationen dort. Meine Frau und ich haben die 4 Wochen Urlaub sehr genossen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Unsere Erwartungen haben sich voll erfüllt. Ein traumhafter Urlaub ein wenig abseits vom zentralen Trubel. - Danke!

Einiges könnte besser sein

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl man an vielen Dingen merkt, dass das Haus schon ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen ist, macht die fantastische Lage vieles wieder wett. Es ist wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt ein ruhiger Ort mit einer sehr schönen Strandpromenade. Was wir extrem vermisst haben, waren wirklich gute Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel. Wir mussten uns leider mit ein paar sehr dünnen Stuhlkissen behelfen. Und es sind nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Für uns kein Problem, wir waren nur zu zweit. Und mit Versprechungen, dass wir neue Terassenauflagen bekommen, wurden Erwartungen geweckt, die dann leider nicht eingehalten wurden. Besser man macht erst gar keine Versprechungen wenn man gar nicht vorhat, diese einzuhalten. Das fanden wir sehr bedauerlich. Die Beschreibung müsste mal überarbeitet werden. Es gibt nur spanisches Fernsehen über Antenne. Fest steht: wir kennen in Sachen Standard und Service bei diesem Preis Besseres. An manchen Tagen hatten wir auch richtige Mückenplagen. Sinnvoll, wenn man sich darauf einstellt.

Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Paqui empfangen und in die Besonderheiten eingewiesen. Das Ferienhaus haben wir nicht alleine bewohnt. Es gab einen oder mehrere Schadnager, die sich im Haus breit gemacht haben und uns nicht nur den Nachtschlaf raubten. Nachdem wir die Ursache gefunden haben war ein weiteres Bewohnen des Ferienhauses für uns nicht möglich. Wir waren gezwungen uns eine Ersatzunterkunft zu besorgen. So konnten wir den Rest des Urlaubes genießen. Paqui hat nach unserer Benachrichtigung wohl einen Kammerjäger beauftragt und meinte wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder beziehen. Dies kam für uns jedoch nicht in Frage. Zur Einrichtung kann ich nur den Eindruck eines Gastes aus dem Sommer bestätigen. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Die Küche ist in einem fraglichen Zustand . Wasserkocher fehlt. Backofen verdreckt. Das kleine Bad war nicht zu nutzen. Die Dusche ist für einen Erwachsenen zu klein. Das WC war nicht nutzbar, da Wasserspülung defekt. Die Lage ist perfekt aber für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist dieses Haus nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir wurden herzlich von Paqui in Empfang genommen und haben uns in unserem Feriendomizil sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen Selbstversorger-Urlaub wünscht. Die Beschreibung und die gezeigten Bilder sind absolut zutreffend. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur schön. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Atlantik. Die wenig besuchte Bucht La Concha liegt einem quasi zu Füßen. Der Strand und das Meer sind schnell erreicht. Der (Gemeinschafts-)Pool liegt direkt vor Haustür und ist kaum frequentiert. Kein Massentourismus, eher Urlaub unter Einheimischen. Dass man startende Flugzeuge hört (der Flughafen Arrecife ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt), haben wir gewusst und überhaupt nicht als störend empfunden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt DEILAND. Ein paar kleine Restaurants finden sich fußläufig direkt an der Promenade. Alles im allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Schönes Haus , tolle Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Leider sollten die Matratzen einmal ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Spülkästen der beiden Toiletten sind revisionsbedürftig. Das Wasser läuft immer. Wir konnten es Paqui nicht mitteilen, da sie sich 3 Wochen nicht mehr gemeldet hat! Sonst alles ok.Beim TV gab es nur spanische Lokalsender…..

Una estancia estupenda

Hemos pasado unos días geniales. Empezamos con un gran recibimiento por parte de Paqui, le agradecemos lo bien que nos trató y los detalles que tuvo con nosotros. Llegamos de noche con dos niños y la verdad es que se portó fenomenal, nos dejó unos víveres para pasar esa noche y la mañana siguiente, cosa que es de agradecer. A demás estuvo en todo momento pendiente de todo. La casa estupenda, tal cual se describe. A 5 minutos andando al centro comercial. En un paseo que te permite moverte hacia Playa Honda y Arrecife, con varios restaurantes cercanos. Una vez más muchas gracias Paqui.

Rundum zufrieden und erholt

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach toll, Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf die kaum besuchte La-Concha-Bucht! Hierher verirren sich auch nur wenige Touristen, Gottseidank ist es ein natürlicher, einheimischer Ferienort geblieben mit guten Restaurants und einer schönen Promenade, die bis zur Hauptstadt führt. Wir kommen schon seit über 40 Jahren auf unsere geliebte Insel, haben in verschiedenen Orten auf der Insel herrliche Ferien verbracht und waren auch dieses Mal wieder hell begeistert. Das Haus ist großzügig gebaut, die Anlage sehr ruhig, da die meisten Bungalows nur eigengenutzt sind. Obwohl kaum belegt, wurde der Pool jeden Morgen gereinigt und lud zum Schwimmen ein. Das einzige, was zu beanstanden wäre: die Dusche im 2. Bad ist höchstens für Kinder geeignet, einfach zu klein. Saludos y abrazos para Paqui - tu eres una persona muy amable y es seguro que vamos a volver pronto.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Bungalow sehr genossen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet – war mag kann im Urlaub sogar bügeln!! Der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war sehr herzlich, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Der ungehinderte Blick von der Terrasse auf den Atlantik ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Und wer nicht nur den Blick auf den Atlantik sondern das Meer selbst genießen möchte, ist in zwei Minuten am Strand. Playa Honda ist beschaulich und bestens für einen ruhigen Urlaub ohne Touristenmassen geeignet. In den Geschäften und zum Teil sehr guten Restaurants trifft man überwiegend die Einheimischen an. Wer Trubel möchte, ist hier falsch am Platz. Wer aber Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist in Playa Honda und in diesem Bungalow gut aufgehoben. Wir bedanken uns für einen wunderbaren, unvergesslichen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

La casa está bien ubicada y con excelentes vistas. Confortable y equipada para disfrutarla desde el primer momento. La zona cuenta con todo tipo de servicios. La persona que nos recibió amabilísima y disponible. Fue flexible con nosotros dejándonos quedar unas horas más el último día, cosa que le agradecemos sinceramente. Sin duda recomiendo y repetiría la experiencia.

It was very nice property, with sea views and excellent access to the pool. 5mins from a shopping mall with take away restaurant. Other than that not a great deal of local restaurants and things to do great for a quiet relaxing get away, but a little to quiet unless you hire a car and travel to other towns on the island.

"La posibilidad de alquilar este bungalow, ha sido una grata experiencia desde varios puntos de vista. La casa está equipada al detalle, con un mobiliario cómodo y preciso, y con multitud de elementos para las labores de limpieza y cocina. Se sitúa en un entorno tranquilo dulcificado por la visión de la playa y las paredes blancas. Los servicios comunitarios de la urbanización son perfectos, especialmente la piscina. Desde el bungalow, se llega en pocos minutos a pie al centro comercial Deiland, con todo lo que un turista o residente pueden necesitar. La avenida de Playa Honda, a los pies de la casa, conecta los principales municipios de Lanzarote (Arrecife y Puerto del Carmen) dando un paseo. Aún así, aconsejamos alquilar un coche para no perderse los centros de turismo de C. Manrique del interior de la isla."
