Outside there is a swimming pool, Kiosk for lunch, with table, benches and sideboards next to the barbecue, games room, with ping-pong table and pool table. Inside the house are 2 suites, a bedroom and a bathroom and a toilet, and in the games room there are 2 suites, with 2 bunk beds each (there are 4 beds)

At the entrance of the house you can place cars and has a garden with a balcony. There is a lawn that can be used for football, or volleyball, or children to play, and a garage for 3 cars. (Which overlooks the other Rua Jose Francisco).

Falta manutenção: Goteiras na sala, cupins nas camas, baratas, chuveiros frios, piscina verde

O telhado precisa de manutenção, há muitas goteiras na sala. Quando começou a chover, não pudemos usar os sofás, ficou tudo molhado. Dos 5 chuveiros, só 2 funcionam no quente. Havia cupins nas camas e baratas no quartos com beliches. Não havia lençóis suficientes para todos, apesar de o anúncio indicar que haveria. A piscina estava verde. A pessoa apontada pela proprietária como caseiro disse que não estava sendo pago, que era apenas um amigo fazendo favor e ficou irritado quando reclamamos das condições da casa. Essa foi minha primeira decepção no VRBO. Gostaria de pedir nosso dinheiro de volta pois a cada não corresponde à descrição.
