Our property is located in the southern part of the island, in Costa del Silencio not far from Las Galletas and Los Cristianos.
Fully equipped, our house consists on the ground floor of a living room, a dining room with office area, an open kitchen and a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and washing machine). On the floor, a room with a bed of 2 people 160x200cm (new bedding) fans and cupboards.
From the roof, you will discover a splendid view of Teide.
A terrace awaits you to sunbathe in peace from prying eyes or spend a romantic evening watching the stars.
In the urbanization, there are 4 swimming pools at your disposal including 1 for children and a large with ramp for disabled people.

Compulsory final cleaning 60 € to pay on the spot at your arrival as well as 25 € for the delivery of the keys.

Tenerife stay
The property was great, well equipped the swimming pool fantastic, we were usually the only ones in the pool. Unfortunately on our arrival in the evening we had diffuculty in locating the key safe at the estate agent it wasnt clear that tgese were on the below ground level.There are a number entrances to the gated community. The property numbers are not in a logical order and it was difficult to find the property in the dark. Clearer dirrections would have been very helpful.Nonetheless we had a wonderful holiday.and we enjoyed the property.

Balcony, view, sun and fun
One of the main advantages is the balcony on the roof with sunbathing facilities, table and chairs, and the very best is the fantastic view. Costa del Silencio is probably the sunniest place on Tenerife (also quite windy when we stayed there in January, but still warm). We also thought it was so nice that the apartment was inside a cluster of houses, away from the street so the environment is very quiet with beautiful vegetation and lots of funny cats. The swimming pools are brilliant and it's nice to be able to walk to the street and directly to the bus stop. It's also wonderful to be able to walk direct into the wild right from the house. The downsides was that there was only one blanket for the two of us (maybe not as much of a problem for a couple). We figured it out and found another blanket in the closet, though it was not as good.

Beautiful roof terrace
The property is smaller than we expected and there were some issues with noisy neighbours banging on walls etc. but the roof terrace is amazing, the view was stunning and the host very friendly and understanding. We enjoyed our stay :)

Comfortable well equipped property with lovely private roof terrace in pleasant location
We stayed for 10 days mid February. Very clean and comfortable house and a really well kitted out kitchen. The roof terrace is the star of the property. It is not overlooked at all and receives sunshine from dawn until dusk - so we had breakfast and our pre dinner drinks up there every day! The house feels more like a home than a holiday rental with lots of personal touches. The property is in a nice peaceful location in a gated community within walking distance of several pleasant restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Dominique is very friendly and accommodating and was easy to communicate with. She had even supplied a new electric heater as we were concerned it might be chilly in the evenings (it wasn’t) There is a bus stop close by with frequent buses and the bus network seems very extensive. We would very happily stay here again! (One minor thing we would point out is that the stairs to the bedroom and roof terrace may be a bit of a problem if you have limited mobility, especially as the toilet is downstairs.)

Very comfortable stay
We had a lovely time in this apartment which was very well equipped and plenty of space for us as a couple. The bed could perhaps be improved with the addition of a mattress topper but a minor fault. The view from the roof terrace was amazing and it was a great area to sit in and enjoy the sun after a day out exploring. The bus stop is just outside the gate and that made it very easy to get to Los Cristianos and beyond. The area around was quiet but there are several restaurants nearby. Los Galletas, a short distance away is a small town with a promenade and harbour. It is let down somewhat by the run down, derelict area in the Ten Bel area but the coastline is very pleasant for a walk along. Dominique, the owner, was there to greet us and on our departure and was very friendly and helpful. The whole urbanization was mainly local residents but was very quiet and away from any traffic noise. Planes do go almost overhead but they are coming in to land so not noisy. There are 4 pools available but we did not use any of them.

Very good duplex, everything we needed and owner was helpful if questions were asked
19/10 was as described. Stairs were very steep and narrow steps, but we managed ok. Swimming pool is almost completed, unfortunately not when we were there. Would return if price and return dates could could be agreed.

Relaxing stay
Stayed for the month of January 2018. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed, the roof terrace proved to be an excellent place to chill out its not overlooked and is above all of the surrounding buildings, as many of the properties on the complex don't have outside space this was a big bonus. It is an older complex but well maintained and a lot of the properties have been renovated and there is a nice mix of Spanish residents plus holiday homes and ex-pats. Costa Silencio is a nice collection of urbanisations with all sorts of bars and restaurants a nice little cove with a beach bar an access for swimming and lovely costal walks. We enjoyed our stay so don't want to be negative but as an honest review I have to mention that the La Galletta area that adjoins Costa Silencio looks a bit down on its luck compared to some of the more modern resorts but it has everything you need shopping wise and its probably best described a more authentic Local Town than a holiday resort.

Well equipped in a good location.
We had a good stay and found the location to be good for exploring the southern area. We were in an older urbanisation which was surprisingly quiet. The facilities were great for shops and restaurants. The pool was not in use as it was being renovated. We were able to use a pool recommended by the owner in the next town for a fee. The roof terrace was good but needed another sun lounger to be properly appreciated. The interior was dated but a good size on 2 levels. There were ceiling fans in the bedroom which helped to keep the room cooler. The towels needed to be renewed. Overall a good stay.

Lovely House in Quiet Location
Lovely house with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. Spectacular views of the mountains from roof terrace. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Communication with owner excellent and arrangement for keys worked well.
