Spectacular seafront apartment in Los Cristianos. Completely refurbished in summer 2022, the apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. It has a living room with a sofa bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and oven, a dining area, a double bedroom with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe and an extra wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower cabin overlooking the sea and the harbour of Los Cristianos and a fantastic terrace with sea and mountain views. The complex has two swimming pools - one for children and one for adults, a large communal solarium as well as a supermarket and an English bar. The complex is situated in a very quiet but very busy area, right in front of the ocean, a promenade, and close to everything you need.

Nice Apartment Right on The Coast
The apartment at Costamar is decorated to a high standard; clean and in good condition. Costamar is an older high rise block but the apartment is on the first floor with views over the pool and sea views from the bathroom. The weather in the last week of October was lovely and hot - perfect, however the apartment has no air conditioning and it did get hot at night. This apartment is lovely and ideal for a couple but felt a little small for 3 people.

Costamar
Overall the property was as described in the listing. Nice and close to bars, restaurants and shops. A few shortcomings were observed:
1. Throughout the week there was a lot of work ongoing in the building that created noise from mechanical drilling and we had to allow workmen into apartment co connect up pipework.
2. Although plenty of sunbeds were available, they were not adjustable (very hard!) and we were disappointed to be charged for their use. No umbrellas or towels were available.
3. No Instruction booklet was available for direction of use of equipment, local facilities, waste disposal or actions in the event of an emergency.
4. No safe was available for valuables.

Petit appartement bien entretenu à 15' à pied de la plage et du centre de Cristianos. Terrasse ensoleillée. Grande piscine dans la résidence, mais sans chaise longue à disposition.
