For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, pond, 2 swimming pools (depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, boccia. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 25 m, bakery 300 m, café 25 m, bus stop "Jose Antonio Tavio" 450 m, pebble beach "Playa de Montaña Amarilla" 550 m. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km.
