Room was adequate for the duration of the stay, though needs some TLC around the property itself and some updating in the room itself mostly just the little things like the toilet not being attached to the floor, cracked tiles and maybe an overall freshen up would score a higher mark and bring it into line with other properties in a similar or even higher price range

I booked a short trip to Armidale as my daughter had an interview for medicine program in University of New England. Check out rule as normal at 10 am but I had an important meeting from 11am to 1 pm. The hotel (receptionist and cleaner) was so kind to let me stay in the room for the meeting (so I can use wifi). I also stayed later in the kitchen to continue my work. Thank you for helping me to complete my work.

From the moment we drove in we knew it was to ba a challenge. Room was not ready. Next room was kind of clean but chemical smell was overpowering. Watered down soap dispensers. Eoom not serviced fir following day. Old dirty di ung roo carpet. Beeakfast was not worth your money.
