This picturesque and peaceful village offers the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy the sea and relax to the fullest. With the airport just a few kilometres away and excellent motorway connections to the rest of the island, convenience is guaranteed. Just a few steps away, you will find black sand beaches and coves that invite you to swim and stroll endlessly.



Located on the first floor of a building whose façade faces directly onto the sea, this property envelops you in a marine atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A staircase leads to a common area that opens onto a cosy living-dining room with an outdoor balcony, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV area, perfect for relaxing moments. On this floor, you will also find a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and two comfortable bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with a double bed, ideal for two people.

Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds, perfect for two more guests.

At the back, the separate kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favourite dishes with complete freedom.

    Quiet.

    At first, some advice, hire a car at the airport, because Las Eras is a very small village with only 2 supermarkets and a local bar/cafetaria, unless you cook yourself, you have to travel to find restaurants. The property, there are good things and there is room to improvement. The beds are really good, the wifi is stable and the roofterrace is the place to be.. Black sandy beach and the ocean on your doorstep, a good place to swim or enjoy the water. The lounge beds on the roofterrace and the other chairs are very basic and not comfy. Contact with the host only by email, thats a shame because we had a lot of questions when we arrived, but the cleaning lady who handed us the keys spoke only spanish, so a dialog was not possible. Overall, if you like a walk on the beach, lots of stores and many tourists don’t book this, if you like the sound of water in the morning and like to watch the scuba divers practicing this is the place fot you.

    Large family apartment with terrace, full equipped kitchen, close drive to all island's sights, 10 min drive to big supermarket. Immediate communication with hosts. Highly recommended for long-term stay

    Meubilair en bedden zijn oud en niet comfortabel: De eetkamerstoelen vallen bijna uit elkaar, de bank is doorgezeten en de springveren van de matras zijn voelbaar. Buitenmeubilair ook niet comfortabel. Keukenuitrusting was minimaal qua bestek, serviesgoed en pannen. Apparatuur wel in orde.

    Schönes Wohnung direkt an Badebucht

    Diese schöne Ferienwohnung inklusive Dachterrasse und Lage direkt an netter kleiner Badebucht hat mit Sauberkeit und zweckmäßiger Ausstattung überzeugt. Trotz kräftiger Winde war jederzeit das Baden möglich, da durch entsprechende Wellenbrecher nur eine kleinere Brandung den Strand erreicht. Das nutzen auch viele Taucher, die so sicher ins Wasser kommen und dort wohl ein interessantes Revier vorfinden. Zwei kleinere Supermärkte und zwei kleinere Restaurants ermöglichen relativ gute Eigenversorgung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in Englisch möglich und problemlos.
