With a bathroom equipped with shower and bidet, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a living-dining room with a 50" Smart TV, 1 Gb/s WiFi fibre, a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan and direct access to the beautiful terrace with sea views. Located in a quiet residential complex with two communal swimming pools. In addition, for added convenience there is a parking space and the complex has a lift.
