Ruime woning op een toplocatie

Pros: De communicatie met de eigenaren is heel prettig en vooral duidelijk. Ze doen er alles aan om je een goed verblijf te geven. Je voelt je welkom. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en lekker ruim. Zeer schoon en in goede staat. Complimenten voor de goede matrassen! De locatie is top! Uitzicht op zee en het strand. Alles op loopafstand. Met het balkon heb je je eigen privé terrasje. Is aan een drukke straat, maar wij houden wel van wat reuring. Cons: We hadden in onze week een hittegolf. Het huis heeft een aantal ventilatoren, maar het is warm. Voor de huurprijs kan je geen airco verwachten, maar het was wel even afzien. Iets om rekening mee te houden. Parkeren lukt wel, maar je moet een beetje geluk hebben. Let goed op waar je de auto neerzet. De eigenaar geeft hier een goede uitleg over. Wat mij in zijn algemeenheid stoort is de opkomst van de “beachclubs”, zo ook in Arenzano. Hele stukken strand worden bezet door dure uitbaters die vrolijk 60 euro vragen voor een bedje en parasol. Gelukkig hadden de eigenaren een kaartje neergelegd van een publiek strand waar je nog voor normale prijzen een bedje kan huren.
