Huye de aquí, horror de sitio!!!

Experiencia horrible, llegamos casi a medianoche e hicimos el check in automático con la máquina, hasta ahí todo bien. Una vez en el apartamento (el ático es un apartamento) pongo a los niños a dormir en la habitación de dos camas y mi mujer y yo en la de matrimonio, una vez allí en la mesita nos encontramos 4 lentillas!!!! No las tocamos, nos metemos en la cama (con cierto recelo) hace calor y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona, el de la habitación de los niños si, el nuestro no. El baño parecía limpio pero estaba sucio, suciedad de esa que no se va, de oxidado, y de juntas de la ducha en mal estado. Además a las 0:39 de la noche enviamos un correo a los que llevan la gestión, que supuestamente estaban hasta las 2:00 am, pero a día de hoy, 1 mes más tarde ni siquiera han contestado ni para pedir disculpas. No recomiendo para nada este sitio. Hemos estado en muchos alojamientos somos clientes gold de hoteles, y cuando hemos tenido un problema de que el sitio no estaba limpio, siempre la propiedad ha respondido muy bien, en este caso les da absolutamente igual. En tiempos de COVID encontrarse 4 lentillas en la mesita de noche (encima, no tenía cajón)… si lo que se ve no lo quitan, como estará con lo que no se ve… obviamente la cocina ni utilizarla, no nos atrevimos, nos levantamos y nos fuimos a desayunar a un bar.

Hotel difficile à trouver même avec un GPS se situant dans une rue de moins de 2,50 de large! pour y accéder il faut même passer dans une "rue " limitée à 1,80 de large. Stationnement impossible. Pour le parking une employée contactée sur le trottoir m'a écrit une adresse que je n'ai jamais trouvé. J'ai donc continué ma route en ayant perdu mon paiement. A déconseiller aux gens venant en voiture

Séjour négatif. Nous sommes restés 1 nuit sur les 7 payées du fait d'une publicité mensongère dans votre descriptif : " Le parking est gratuit et en libre accès". Il n'y a pas de parking et il n'y aura jamais de parking,l'hôtel est plein centre situé sur une rue unique. Le gérant a emmené mon véhicule au parking de la plage. J'attends le remboursement de mes 6 nuits non utilisées.

Decepcion total

Muy decepcionante. Reservamos varias habitaciones por una boda, a pesar de tener confirmada la reserva, a unos cuantos amigos nos mandaron a otro sitio sin previo aviso, en nuestro caso no llegaba a ser ni hotel, el espacio justo para una cama (sin armario ni nada) y baño para ducharse "de lado". Por supuesto lo de reserva con parking gratis.... Eso si, nos invitaron a desayunar para "compensar las molestias". Quizás no era culpa de La Premsa, pero a nosotros se nos fastidió la estancia ya que para nada coincidia con la reserva realizada.
