New, modern, and only about 500 m from the swimming lake. Opened in 2020, this vacation home is located on its own property with storage space for bicycles, etc.
The rooms are flooded with light, much like a heated sunroom. This creates the impression that you’re living outdoors. In the summer, a terrace covered with sun sails offers seating for relaxation. Air conditioning is installed for very hot days. Please note that the house is covered by property insurance. If any damage is discovered after your stay, Vrbo will automatically pay the first €100 of the damage to the landlord.

Sehr sauberes und schön geschnittenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu viert für zwei Nächte im Ferienhaus von Herrn Schulze. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation lief stets unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus war schön groß für 2 Personen. Sehr sauber und allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Nur bei den Außenanlagen herrscht Nachholbedarf.

Nettes Häuschen mit viel Ruhe und Natur

Ein schönes freistehendes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man als Familie so braucht. Die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Radfahren und Natur genießen. Zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 min. erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 4 Km in der Stadt Arendsee vorhanden. Jetzt im Herbst ein wunderbarer Platz um Ruhe und ein wenig Abgeschiedenheit zu genießen. Im Sommer durch die Bademöglichkeit im See bestimmt auch eine Reise wert.
