It has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, one with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite with whirlpool bathtub, and one more bedroom with a double bed. The holiday home has one more bathroom with bathtub.
The spacious dining-living room is provided with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining table, while the wide windows let the light flood in. The TV broadcasts French and Spanish pay channels, as well as a few German channels. The independent kitchen is completely equipped so that you can test your abilities as a chef.
There is warm/cool air-con in the four bedrooms and in the living room.
The outdoor area is a fantastic spot where to spend the warm summer evenings. It is provided with a private pool, whose surrounding area is enlightened, and a covered porch with an outdoor dining area. In the backyard, there is a BBQ.
The access to the house is made possible by a one-km-long lane, located 300 mt above sea level. This grants the property total privacy and breathtaking views of the mountains of the Axarquía and the nearby valley.

Excellent Quiet Villa
This is an superb villa in an incredible location. The rooms are all spotless and equipped with air con. The views are incredible, especially from the upstairs patio. The owner of the property is amazing, we managed to lock ourselves out on the first night and he came back in 20 minutes as well as giving us amazing advice when one of our boys hurt himself. I can highly recommend this property if you want some piece and quiet, however it does have amazing beaches and towns a short ride away.
