The swimming pool access costs €25 per person. It’s an obvious issue because over our 4 night stay we heard many people complaining to the front desk and it is not clear AT ALL on Expedia. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast is great. The area is fabulous and the city fantastic. It’s a 10, so it’s unfortunate about the pool.

I loved my stay at Gran Hotel Nagari! The room was beautiful and relaxing and the pool deck was amazing. I do wish the pool hadn't been an extra charge, but it was still worth it! Staff were lovely and the location was super convenient. Would gladly come and stay again of course!

The spa part of this hotel is probably their highlight and in all fairness we did not use the spa services. The hotel is very dated and can’t begin to understand how it is rated as 5 star. Lighting system in room is ridiculous. Sink is in bedroom, shower has a shade for privacy, which is zero. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean but walk through the front door knowing that everything is an up-charge. Want to use the pool, make an appointment and pay 25 euros to use it for an 1.5 hours. Use more than one coffee pod in your room, yes you are paying extra. Want ice for your room no problem, you will pay12 euros. It should be advertised as a nice hotel, it is. Just not anything close to 5 star.
