No proper bar

Would have been more stars if there had been a proper bar for drinks. No atmosphere to have drinks sitting around with no proper bar. We walked across to the Holiday Inn express ( less than 10 min walk) for a drink in a proper bar. It was a shame really as everything else was great.

On our stay we had noisy people next door I went downstairs and complained. The man on reception came upstairs and spoke to them and immediately and it went quiet I was very impressed and happy with how he delt with issue he also offered to move us . Excellent service.

Great value for money

Stayed at this hotel many times before - it still provides good, value for money service. Warmly welcomed at check-in. Didn't use any of the facilities due to very late arrival thanks to flight cancellation and subsequent delay. Room clean, bed comfortable'
