The first room had bed bugs. Both rooms carpet had a lot of stains. Neither one smelled good. The day we left the 1st floor was flooding. When i tried to contact Hotels.com I could not reach anyone. I was absolutely ignored by Hotels.com

The pool looked green in color and I didn't really want the kids swimming in it. Especially after experiencing the musty smell in the room. The hot tub was not working properly. It was cold and would not warm up but at least it looked clean.
