Our stay at InterContinental Aqaba (Resort Aqaba) by IHG was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. When they learned it was our anniversary, Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, surprised us with a complimentary celebration cake delivered to our room — a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Kiras at the reception was also outstanding, incredibly helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every detail was handled with care, and we genuinely felt valued as guests. Staff were exceptionally good. Every single staff member we came across was polite, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good food options. Have to make a special mention for the pool bar team who we found cheerful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.
