Welcome to our family beach house in Aptos—a place filled with warmth, thoughtful details, and everything you need to truly relax. This is not one of those cold, impersonal rentals. It’s a home we love and use ourselves, designed to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and inspired.The home features 3 inviting bedrooms—one king and two queens—each with its own beautiful view, along with two full bathrooms with both tubs and showers and a powder room. You’ll find plenty of soft sheets, cozy blankets, and all the comforts of home, plus conveniences like a hair dryer, ironing board, and steam iron.Stay comfortable year-round with heating and breeze of the cool fresh mornings. Enjoy the ease of a washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—from casual mornings to memorable evenings: Cappuccino maker for your perfect start

The home sits elevated for that stunning “eagle-eye view,” yet remains just steps from the beach with no obstruction to your sightline.

Please make sure you remove your personal belongings, if left I will do my best to get it to you but I also don't want it to be in trash by mistake.
Make sure the breaker for the Tesla Charger is turned off from inside the garage
Door locks but it stays open for 2 minutes please make sure to lock the door properly.

The residence offers an exceptional aesthetic appeal and provides remarkable views of the beach and ocean, with a particularly enjoyable balcony area. Its proximity to the beach is highly convenient, and the home is well-appointed with numerous amenities.Regarding areas for improvement, we recommend installing screens on all windows, particularly in the bedrooms. It is crucial to accurately represent the presence of air conditioning in the property listing. Additionally, labeling remote controls for their respective devices and ensuring their functionality would enhance the guest experience; we encountered an issue with the television in one of the bedrooms.My decision to book this rental was primarily based on the advertised availability of air conditioning, a feature of significant importance to me for personal temperature regulation. Given that air conditioning is not a common amenity in coastal properties in this region, I was prepared to incur a higher rental cost for this specific feature.Upon our arrival, we experienced warm weather on the first night. We subsequently discovered that the property lacked air conditioning, and the absence of window screens made opening windows problematic due to the presence of insects.When i contacted the owner they offered to have a unit delivered but what was received was a floor fan that didn't help much

Great beach front house, well appointed with communicative host. It’s on a hill and overlooks the ocean and is only few steps from beach. Few little coffee shops and nice coastal walk. Many more places within 3-5 min drive. House has a ton of beach gear.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Point! The home is stunning with absolutely amazing views throughout and the beach is right there!! I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and absorbing the views while making a delicious coffee with the fancy coffee maker. The deck was perfect for relaxing by the fire table and taking in the ocean. The split-level design of the house was well layed out and we all felt like we had our own lovely and private space for the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UC Santa Cruz. The beds and the living area were very comfortable and we all slept soundly! The host was responsive and I was assured knowing that she would be there in case we needed her, but everything was just perfect! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, so we will just have to come back again. We were hesitant to book at first because of the limited reviews, but felt so fortunate to come across this place as they are just newly listed-what a gem!!
