This lovely home is set on a shaded block as the name suggests by Oak and Pine trees. Tastefully renovated with timber flooring this property oozes charm. Located in a quiet street 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants the Oak and Pine property is good value and sure to impress.

- Living area comprises TV, CD player, DVD, wood heating (Please bring your own wood as wood is NOT supplied by the owner), electric heating, 2 x 3 seater sofa, 2 x armchairs.
- Single story weatherboard home.
- Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed and reading lamp.
- Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed and reading lamp.
- Bedroom 3: 2 x Bunk sets and reading lamp. (Access to bedroom 3 is through bedroom 2)

Neat and peaceful property
Thank you for a lovely stay in Apollo Bay! We were so lucky with the beautiful weather while there.
The check in process was very smooth with clear communication. The house is a little way back from the Main Street so nice and quiet, and was neat and comfortable with everything we needed. The extra blankets were much appreciated.
My only suggestion is perhaps the pots and pans could be replaced, as they were a bit worse for wear.
