Kera Green Private Villa

La villa
La villa de 170 m² consta de 2 plantas y puede alojar hasta 8 personas. En la planta baja hay 4 dormitorios cada uno con su propio baño y balcón. En el primer piso hay una amplia sala de estar, baño y cocina totalmente equipada. La piscina de agua salada es ecológica y respetuosa con la piel y tiene un área poco profunda para niños.

Ubicación
La villa está ubicada en una zona natural y tranquila, 140m. lejos de la playa ya solo 1 km. lejos del pueblo de Kalyves y Almyrida. Su ubicación privilegiada brinda privacidad y tranquilidad y, al mismo tiempo, acceso rápido a áreas donde puede encontrar supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías y tabernas tradicionales.

INTERIOR
La villa combina un diseño arquitectónico moderno con elementos tradicionales como piedra y madera. La enorme partición de vidrio en el primer piso ofrece excelentes vistas panorámicas del valle circundante, las montañas y el océano.
Una escalera exterior conduce a la planta baja.

Dormitorios
En la planta baja hay 4 dormitorios, cada uno con 2 camas. Los colchones y las almohadas son hipoalergénicos. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, baño propio, balcón, televisión vía satélite y caja fuerte.

EXTERIOR
Rodeado de acres de tierra donde crecen higueras, olivos y limoneros, encontrará un ambiente tranquilo y hermoso para relajarse. La piscina es ecológica y agradable para la piel, sin cloro ni ningún otro producto químico. El proceso de esterilización se realiza de forma natural, utilizando solo sal. De esa manera, siempre es limpio, saludable y seguro para usted y sus hijos nadar. Las áreas de estar con sombra y sin sombra a su alrededor animan a nuestros huéspedes a pasar la mayor parte del día al aire libre, donde pueden disfrutar de un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina, relajarse en las cómodas tumbonas y hacer una barbacoa.

What an amazing Villa! Spent a week with family and it was fantastic in every way. The Villa is spotless, spacious and everything you could need. Welcome food and essentials on arrival to order which was complimentary. Great communication from the Vasiliki who attended to our every need. The location is amazing too. Will definitely return.

Great villa, well maintained, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, super air conditioning with everything you need. Fantastic pool again kept spotlessly clean. Walking distance to Kalyves and a short drive 3/4 minutes to Almyrida with a choice of restaurants & supermarkets(a good area for anyone with coeliac disease) All communication with Vasiliki was excellent.We would100% recommend!

Wie im Paradies!

Wir haben zu fünft 8 Tage in der Villa verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist perfekt für Selbstversorger ausgestattet und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick über Olivenbäume, Berge und Meer. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Dörfer mit vielen Restaurants, welche gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zum fast privaten Strand sind es 5 Gehminuten. Die Gastgeberin Vasiliki war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!

Our stay in Kera Green Villa was amazing. A great find. The villa, pool, surroundings, accommodation, and provisions left for us were brilliant in every way. A perfect and quiet retreat. The beach was a moment's walk from the villa, and Almyrida and Kalyves are both within 15 mins walk away. Most of all, our host was second to none. Tranquility by the sea

This is a magical, peaceful location between olive groves and the sea. The house is immaculate and the pool sparkles. We also appreciated being close to towns for restaurants and shops. The location lends itself to further exploration of the island with a car and motivation. The host is responsive and delightful. We would go back in an instant.

Fantastic host, fantastic villa !

From the outset of booking the villa Vasiliki proved to be an exceptional host. Her communication was brilliant with clear instructions of everything. She was extremely helpful and researched restaurants that are gluten aware (I am celiac), and the best supermarkets to find products that I would otherwise not have found. The villa is just as it is in the photos. The living area and views have the wow factor. The bedrooms downstairs have the bonus of keeping cooler than upstairs but there is plenty of air conditioning throughout anyway. The villa was spotlessly clean and as good as new. The villa is situated in a quiet area with busier areas that aren’t far away and the journey from the airport is easy. The information given in the villa description is accurate.

Perfektes Haus in toller Lage und Aussicht

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub!! Alles war einfach perfekt! Vasiliki ist eine ganz tolle, liebenswürdige und bemühte Vermieterin! Sie hat uns jederzeit Empfehlungen aussprechen können und hat uns bei jeder Frage mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe gestanden! Das Haus ist einfach mega: sauber, groß und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Aussicht vom riesigen Wohnzimmer aufs Meer und Hinterland ist atemberaubend. Der Pool ist richtig groß sodass wir alle fünf uns gleichzeitig darin aufhalten/ schwimmen konnten. Er hat einen Schwimmer- und einen Relaxbereich. Es sind hier genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme sowie Handtücher vorhanden. Der Reinigungsservice für das Haus und auch der Poolservice war einfach prima. Lage: Innerhalb 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am fast menschenleeren Sandstrand und kann seine Ruhe genießen. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir die Gegend (Chania, Rethymnon und den Süden) sowie andere Strände erkundigt. Für uns war rundum alles perfekt - Danke Vasiliki für alles

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a fantastic three-night stay in this beautiful villa. Prior to the visit, the host was communicative and helpful. The villa was spacious and in a beautiful area surrounded by olive trees, a view of the ocean, and views of the mountains. Since we were visiting in April, we paid to have the pool heated, which was well worth the expense, as our kids loved swimming every day. We will most definitely come back again in the future!!

Wonderful space, location and host!

Perfect Kera Green

The Villa is set in a beautiful valley, full of olive groves and with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. We were a group of six adults and the Villa had everything we needed and more, lovely clean pool, good communal space and enough space to do your own thing. Great location between two villages with great tavernas, bars, beaches and supermarkets. also good for getting out further afield. We had a great time and Vasiliki is a superb host.

Fantastic stay in Crete!

Just returned home from a week at Kera Green villa. It was a beautiful home, just as the pictures describe. It is in a wonderful location, in a quite village with magnificent views and a small beach nearby but you are also just a few minutes by car to town with shops and restaurants. The pool is awesome and the house is modern and comfortable. The owner, Vasiliki, is so kind and helpful and showed us warm hospitality during our stay. Fantastic home base for our visit to the lovely island of Crete!

Best villa ever!

Wow! Just got back from our first time in Crete and it certainly won’t be our last! The host was incredible and so attentive from booking to the moment of our departure. Nothing was too much trouble. Always there to give advice and help out. The villa itself was stunning. The steep walk to Kalyves got easier and we always had a taxi back. Almyrida was such a lovely town too and Chania - amazing! The pool is so much bigger than it look on the photos and was always warm and clean. The host, the cleaner, the pool man were all lovely. I cannot praise them enough!

Wow! Loved everything about this villa! Just arrived home from an amazing ten days spent with our family. Me, my wife, son & daughter in law and their three children. The swiming pool area is perfect for all ages. Our host Vasiliki was always available to contact but never intrusive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic villa and host

We stayed here for a week with a group of 7. Consisting of myself, husband, 3 boys, ages ranging between 16-23 plus two of my sons partners. All of us, would highly recommend this villa. It had everything you needed, with stunning views, privacy and a gorgeous pool, which is bigger than it looks in the photos. Enjoyed going into Kalyves. Which is a 10/15 minute hilly walk, which we did many times but sometimes cheated and got a taxi back which was never more than 10 Euros for a minibus and easy to get. Loved Mistrali bar/restaurant. Such good value and good food with the most welcoming people. But mainly the host Vasiliki was so kind and friendly. Always ready to help with any questions and was very informative. Thank you. We would love to come back.

Traumhaft!!!

Es war wirklich wunderbar! Wir können alle anderen Kommentaren nur unterstützen, die sagen, besser geht es nicht! Es war einfach alles perfekt. Und die letzten Tage war die Wetterlage so, dass wir wirklich mit 3 minuten Fussweg im glasklaren Wasser im Meer schwimmen konnten, einfach traumhaft!

Idyllic well located villa

Can’t fault this Villa, we had a wonderful week relaxing here. Vasiliki is a lovely friendly host, ready to welcome us on arrival and always happy to answer any questions during our stay. Well equipped and super clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. The view from the open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area on the first floor is just incredible, with the option of sliding all the doors back to even more stunning effect! The pool is fabulous, being salt water it’s skin and swimwear friendly and was super clean and the perfect temperature. 10/10 holiday villa! Can’t wait to go back.

The most wonderful week away!

We stayed at Kerra Green Villa to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday, our two daughters 4 & 1 stayed with us too. The villa is absolutely stunning and we could not fault a single thing about our stay. The villa is situated in a picturesque area between Kalyves and Almridiya, which both have beautiful beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. AThe villa has a beach just a stone throw away too. The owners of the villa couldn’t do enough to make us at home and even went out and got champagne as a favour to me! The views are stunning, the pool is perfect and the house is spotless. You must book a stay here!!

Memories for a lifetime

My husband and I rented this magnificent villa for a month with our 5 month old daughter. We had friends and family members come stay with us for a few days at a time and were looking for a home away from home in Crete to relax and explore this beautiful island. Everything about our stay at the villa has been simply perfect. First of all it was easy getting there and Vasiliki was a fantastic host all throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She provided useful insights about places to visit and was responsive and kind. The house was spotless, the pool as stunning as in the pictures and how about that view!! You can see the mountains in the background, the sea and the beautiful lush green surroundings of the area. The location was ideal, between two small villages with the beautiful quiet Kera beach a few steps from the house. Both nearby villages have supermarkets and pharmacies, and we enjoyed getting fresh fish, meats and other local products from Kalyves. The location was also great for visiting, being near Chania, as we were close enough to see a great number of spots even at the south of the island and thats with a baby! We were able to go to dinner to Chania and drive back at night, we felt very safe on the road. I could go on and on about this place, it was simply magical and allowed us to make memories that will last a lifetime. You can stop searching, rent this place, you will be happy you did.

Fantastic house and better hosts

We stayed in Kera Green villa for 1 week and enjoyed the stay very much. It was easy to find and in a great location for us, in the countryside but still only 10 minutes do the next town. Vasiliki and Manolis were great. Very quick to reply from the start and reply to our questions before we arrived and very quick also during the stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The rooms were spacious and all with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor were also very nice with a fantastic view. The swimming pool was also quite big with a shallow "childrens" pool in one end. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we will return to Crete. Thank you Vasiliki and Manolis for your hospitality.

Incroyable villa avec un service au top !!

La villa est aussi belle en vraie que sur les photos. Un sens de l’accueil et du service de la part de Vasiliki et Manolis vraiment au top. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Kera Green. Je recommande fortement.

Fantastic stay at Kera Green Villa, our host Vasiliki and family were exceptionally friendly and very helpful throughout out stay. The kitchen area, villa and pool were immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. The scenery with sea views are fabulous, I would highly recommend a stay in this villa.

Heavenly holiday

Just returned from a two week stay at Kera Green Villa - it was truly wonderful! A party of 8 (two families with teenagers/children). The Villa couldn’t be better equipped. Perfect pool area. Bedrooms all en-suite & super comfy! The Villa itself has everything you need & attention to detail is just phenomenal. The location is also a big bonus. Kera beach is a stones throw away & Kalyves a 15 minute walk. The views are second to none! We can’t wait to return! Vasiliki & Manolis the owners are on hand constantly and cannot do enough to help! It’s a stunning property in a stunning location & we definitely didn’t want to leave!

Everything you could ask for

We were two families (4 adults and 4 children age between 11 and 15) and the house was absolutely perfect. The top floor was a big open room with both a new state of the art kitchen and a dining table and also one part with TV and sofa. From the top floor you could see mountains in one direction and the see in the other direction. The house was also surrounded by olive trees. Each room at the bottom floor had a bathroom, TV and their own porch. Very close to two smaller towns which both had restaurants, beaches etc. The house also had all the necessary commodities (AC, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc.) The owner were also extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we had concerning the house, the surroundings, recommendations for restaurants, information about gas stations etc. This made our trip so much easier.
