Tenemos una linda casa de dos habitaciones. Se encuentra a 3 cuadras del centro de Apalachicola. A 2 cuadras de la tienda de gas / conveniencia. Nuestra suite tiene dos camas queen y una cama doble con una cama nido debajo. 1 baños y cocina completa. Entrada privada. Apalachicola ofrece un auténtico sabor de la costa del golfo de Florida. Una pequeña y pintoresca ciudad del sur con restaurantes que sirven mariscos frescos locales. Las playas más hermosas están a solo 15 minutos en coche.
Somos dueños de Tamara's Cafe, Tapas Bar y mi madre es dueña de Cafe Con Leche. ¡Su estancia con nosotros seguramente será perfecta!

Location was ok but neighborhood not that great. It had two bedrooms as advertised but one had no dresser or place to put things other than hanging closet. Used an ironing board as dresser. Cleanliness was a problem. The floor was dirty. The carpet was dirty with big stains. The outside back porch had a nice small sofa but cushions were literally filthy. I sat on with a beach towel on the sofa. Washed the beach towel immediately. I had to wipe off small tables before use. Not pollen - black filth. Rails on back porch covered in black dust. Had not been cleaned in months. Front door leading to front porch was broken - screen was detached. Handle did not function. A plastic cord was attached to door handle to use to pull the door close. My husband cut his hand trying to close the door. Would not close completely and had a piece of wood missing from bottom. Neither porch protected from gnats or no see ums because of gaps in screen doors. A flea jumped on me while I was trying to sit on porch. Fenced in yard nice though. And walk ability to town was good. Outside of house not great but was just run down. Kitchen pretty good. TV pretty good but not comfortable in room to sit. We actually left two days early because of cleanliness and inability to sit outside. It’s not cheap. And I would never go back.

The host Marisa was very responsive to questions we had before arrival. The house was perfect for us and our dogs. The inside was nice and having a fenced in yard was a wonderful addition. It's close enough to all the shops but just far enough away to be quiet. We will for sure be renting this house again.

Water contamination

Host did not update us on water contamination issues on check in day. Apalachicola was under a boil water emergency order prior to our arrival. Host exposed us to health issues due to contamination and we left after we found out the next day from Host co-owner (husband). Host co-owner agreed to our departure, but no credit was issued. VRBO Support was of no help. Recommend not using this property to protect others from the unscrupulous.

A Real Gem

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, it features a secure yard for fur babies. It is comfortable, stylish and well maintained. Had all amenities you need. The owners, Marisa and Danny were professional and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I cannot imagine finding a better spot to enjoy this historic Florida town. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

The house was the perfect central location, yet quiet and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding and able to walk everywhere and not drive until we checked out! The house was the perfect size to accommodate us. We also loved how it was all fenced in for the dogs to be able to go outside. If we ever get back to Apalachicola we will for sure book here again.

Casarita take alma money

We’re traveling with another couple who stayed elsewhere, so our time was limited in the unit. The screen is still ripped in the front door that doesn’t have a latch. The internet didn’t work, so the tv didn’t work. Bed #2 is ridiculously sloped. Based on the lack of care, I’d suggest just putting a 2x4 under it to level it out! It was that bad. The drapes were closed & it wasn’t until the next day that we discovered a window without a screen was left open. And the worse part of the stay was lack of hot water. So one lukewarm shower. One no shower! The response from the host was minimal and almost accusatory on why we didn’t contact earlier. I guess I expect our host who lives across the street would assure the basics were working properly. This felt like she was just taking your money . .

Fabulous location close to all historic Apalachicola

Generous living space, very comfortable beds and amazing water pressure in shower! Much of the time was enjoying this wonderful historic piece of Florida with so much to visit within blocks. Loved it

Great Family Vacation!

Everything was neat, clean, and very pet friendly! Marisa was just a call or text away and always willing to assist! The venue is in close proximity to the downtown and restaurants. Very close walking distance or golf cart ride. We would definitely recommend this home to others! Thanks again!

Great house for doggo

Me and my Redbone coonhound stayed for 2 months. The yard was safe for him and we were minutes from the dog park and walking distance from downtown. What could be better? I slept like a baby every night.

This was a really cute place and had plenty of room.

Great location right near downtown and had a nice large backyard. We found the TV a little difficult to work with; the remote buttons didn't work well. This place would certainly sparkle and shine with a good spring cleaning. The window in the kitchen has not been cleaned in a very long time and the back porch was not usable it was so dirty. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

Great house

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was adorable and in a wonderful location, it was exactly what I was looking for. Had a fenced yard for the dogs, a lovely little back patio area, and a welcoming front porch as well. The only issue I had is that my 30 pound dachshund mix found a space at the bottom of the chain-link fence in the front right corner of the yard and was able to run out, but I quickly recovered him nextdoor. Other than that everything was fantastic and I would love to stay here again.
