(SU 40 m² – SE 15.50 m²) Bright and spacious studio apartment with living room, sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom, equipped with large and very bright French windows which offer the possibility of directly accessing the beautiful and very spacious fully equipped terrace which directly overlooks the beach. It is located on the ground floor, and is accessed from the main entrance of the building passing in front of the reception. You can spend truly relaxing moments on the terrace facing the sea. The apartment is perfect for a family of four
. From the main terrace you can reach the beach directly via the lift or external stairs.
