Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit. However the walls of the rooms are very thin and the amenities basic (only shampoo, no conditioner, for example), the keyless entry code to your room is quite loud to enter (especially when your partner is sleeping), but overall an excellent hotel

Excellent location and great hotel

We had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags. I believe it is free other than that overnight and then by a meter for during the day. We booked a parking spot at the train station 10 mins walk. There are many elec car chargers there too.

Chambre placée juste derriÚre les ascenceurs, au niveau de la machinerie. Autrement dit, impossible de dormir. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain et le personnel a trÚs gentiment trouvé une solution, avec une categorie de chambre inférieure. A quoi bon payer plus cher pour une chambre plus grande si c est impossible de dormir dedans
