Everything was great but what hit me the most was the customer service. It is very rare to find people so helpful, friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. Food was delicious; the room was big, clean and at the right temperature.

Rooms are beautiful and renovated. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant is lovely, and service is second to none. The staff team looking after the hotel ensure a real 'home away from home' experience. Nothing is too much trouble and they are wonderful people. I love my trips back to the Dunsilly.

1st time at Dunsilly. We arrived very early from a very early flight. They managed to give us a room when we checked in. Great service. A bit out of town but a short taxi service into town rectifies that. Food/drink is good. Will definitely use again when we're in the area.
