Homely House With Shared Pool and FREE Wi-Fi

This is a lovely 2 bedroomed property, based in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, with a lovely shared pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for your stay in Caleta and perfect for a group of only 4 people.

The house is on a residential complex and as with all these properties. This house for rental has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a main bathroom. The ground floor is of a smaller bathroom, a lounge area with TV and also a kitchen area.

The house has a basement area, seperate from the upper floors, as this is a SEPARATE area, which is locked off and PRIVATE for the owners use. Please take note that this area is locked on both sides of the doors for everyones peace of mind.

Please note that the prices quoted are for the whole house except for the basement. The house consists of:- only 2 bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen areas and also the rear of the property leading to the pool.

The television system is using a Kodi/IPTV system and at the moment guests can view UK TV channels and also movies and box sets. This is usually easy to use and it available for all guests to use if they wish.

Very convenient, comfortable and well equipped apartment

I just wanted a weeks break away in the sunshine before Christmas and this apartment fitted the bill perfectly. Soon after arriving it was clear I was suffering from Flu :( Fortunately the apartment was so comfy and well equipped it was the best place to be to recover. You wanted for nothing in the way of utensils in the kitchen. There were toiletries. The TV which got a lot of use had ALL the channels including Sky premium and there was 7 day catchup for the main UK channels. I'd love to go back again when I feel better.

Spacious apartment

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities for a ten day holiday. Location was ideal for the resort with the ability to access the island using local transport. Would have appreciated a change of bedding and towels for this time period but managed to use washing Machine on a warm day. Wonderful stay

We have had a wonderful 2 week stay at Marians home. Everything we could of needed was there and the property was spotless. Our children were over the moon with how close the pool was and our 8 year old daughter would of been in it from dawn to dusk if she was allowed. Perfect location from exploring the local area. Short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and marina. Sharon and Tony are lovely and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely book again.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean with good quality bedding and towels. We arrived just as there had been a sand storm so unfortunately the patio, patio furniture and two balconies were unusable until we had cleaned them ourselves but otherwise we were very comfortable and the Pool Man did a good job of cleaning the sand out of the pool so that we could use that. Tony was very helpful and we met Marian who was charming. The weather was good and all in all we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful stay.

Located in a great position but quiet part of town. The attention to detail has resulted in a completely relaxing stay. Marion popped in to say hello which was nice for a personal touch. A special mention for Tony for meeting us at the property and for his help when we ( my wife ) left something behind on leaving. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent location very handy for the Dog and Duck pub. 4 minute walk to the coast line to feed the chipmunks. 7 minutes to walk to the sandy beach. 4 minutes to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Ideally situated. The house has everything you need and more. What it does need is curtains or blinds on the kitchen window, main bedroom and living room. As a lady on my own at night I felt I needed to switch all the lights off so no one could see in walking past. Anyway a minor point. The tv was ok most of the time, the internet is not very strong. I spent most my time on 4G. I loved the place and felt very safe walking around the area on my own. I never got to go in the pool more than dangle my feet in but there were some brave people. The sea was a little warmer. Would I go again? Yes is the answer

very central and value for money

Very clean , comfortable and well equipped. Very central to everything in resort, only a couple of minutes walk to supermarket and nearest bars. Used airport collection offered ans welcome pack, happy with both. Communication with owner very good throughout and she was very flexible and helpful with our check in and check out time. Only thing we would change would be black out blinds at bedroom windows and some kind of closing curtain at lounge window, but neither of these things would stop us from staying again, especially for the price we paid. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits
