The front entrance doors were always locked, so I had to call to get let inside the hotel. The jacuzzi tub was full of water, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The only thing I liked was the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

I had a great time at Casa Bella Hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty and filling. The hotel is in an area that has so much to see and do, and it’s a very safe town

The staff was super friendly and nice I reallly appreciated that. However, I would have appreciated my check-in being more informative and smooth. I was just given my key and sent to my room. Usually with check-ins you receive info about breakfast, wifi, available amenities etc. Also the doorbell should be fixed so I don’t have to wait so long outside banging down the door to be let in.

Could not ask for better service. The room was as advertised, was quite comfortable, and the jacuzzi worked great. The location is ideal for sightseeing and eating out. Included breakfast choices were delicious and quite adequate. Excellent notifications via WhatsApp. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was limited but tasty. The walls are thin so you hear things in the hallways and I assume they hear us. The property is simple and modern. I wished it had a cute courtyard like many of the hotels in Antigua. Overall the hotel had what we needed and was within close distance to everything .

This is a very clean, quiet hotel which looks like it is pretty new because all the faucet, shower, toilet, etc. all look up to date. The room also has a refrigerator and breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just two blocks from the central plaza and rooms are very clean. The only drawback is that there are no windows in the rooms so this is not a place where you would want to spend a lot of time in the room apart from showering and resting.

Casa Bella Boutique Collection Antigua provided a truly wonderful stay. The exceptional service from Elvis, José, and Vicente made our experience unforgettable. Their helpfulness was outstanding, readily answering all our questions and offering valuable suggestions. Vicente, in particular, ensured our safety by diligently locking the lobby door at all times and remaining attentive whenever we left the premises. The intimate setting with only seven rooms created a remarkably safe and private atmosphere. Unlike larger hotels, there was no concern about strangers wandering around or potentially entering rooms. The rooms themselves were exceptionally comfortable and meticulously cleaned daily. Without hesitation, I would choose Casa Bella again for any future visits to Antigua. It is my sole recommendation for accommodation in the area. Its convenient location allowed for easy walking access to all the desired sites within the city center. Casa Bella exceeded all my expectations in every way.

Checking in was easy breezy. Front desk was super friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was the only one on the 2nd floor and felt super private. It also had a patio sitting area whee we could just sit and relax, without being bothered. Free breakfast was a big plus. They would bring it to the room every day. Jacuzzi was big! Very relaxing! I would definitely recommend this nice hotel and would love to come back! 😇 Very clean and well kept too!
