Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
No pudimos acceder al lugar de alojamiento. No se respetó la reservación y cuando nos pudimos comunicar por teléfono con el responsable nos envió a otro alojamiento Casa Alicia, que tiene condiciones bastante deplorables para recibir a los huéspedes. Alojamiento muy sucio y las camas en muy mal estado. Nos tuvimos que salir a buscar otro sitio para dormir que fue Posada de la Luna. Fue una experiencia desagradable. Por este motivo solicito el REEMBOLSO de los MX619 pesos.
