I stayed for 10 days at £3273.
Regrettably the room was infested with ants. I first noticed a couple on my first night...then on the second I felt a crawling sensation on my face as I laid on the bed. To my horror after brushing the area an ant fell onto the bed. The next day I noticed that by the bed there were at least 8 or 9 ants. I looked around thr room and noticed the room was actually infested....on the headboard...by and under the bed....coming from under the skirting..in the bathroom....many groups ants of different sizes. I called the services and they initially offered to 'clean' the room to which I agreed but during the wait and upon closer and throurough inspection I concluded the issue was far more of an issue than what any cleaner could possibly resolve with bug spray. I called again to explain and asked to speak to a manager so they may attend and discuss....but was put on hold for some time so i hung up....I then took multiple videos of the different areas and I went down to the reception, where I was again offered a cleaner....I declined and requested to be moved to another space....after a quick telephone conversation in turkish with what i assume was a manager.... the employee on the desk agreed and advised me to go and pack.
Before packing I decided to do a closer inspection of the room.... removing all the bed sheets....under the bed sheets the mattress was filthy with particles of dirt and or food, possibly dead bugs also..
